ASUTIBS MODEL CITY ESTATE
Currently the company is into partnership with the Academic Staff Unions of Tertiary Institutions in Benue (ASUTIBS) and the Benue State Government to build a community of over 280 units of residential houses in Apir, Makurdi Benue state.
This project named ASUTIBS Model City Estate comprise three bedrooms detached and two-bedroom bungalows to be strategically hosted on a 218,465 square Meters of land located between Federal Medical Centre and NNPC Petroleum Depot at Apir.
The project comprises standard infrastructure including central water supply, tarred roads with street light and drainage, dedicated power transformers all in a gated community with security and services.
Apir is a vibrant and peaceful community in Makurdi, it is located about 7km from the city centre and is home to majority of the Federal Government establishments in Benue, including the Federal Medical Centre; the Power Transmission Station; the NNPC Depot etc. The location of the estate ASUTIBS Model City right in the heart these establishments.
